OUTREACH MANAGER- FULL TIME 40 HOURS, EXEMPT POSITION
SALARY RANGE: $45,760 - $65,894 (wage offered dependent on experience in that field)
Reports to: Community Outreach Director
Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining operations of the in-home services at Licking County Aging Partners (LCAP). This position is an integral part of the overall leadership team with responsibility for day-to-day management of operations and assisting the director with execution of the organizational goals and strategic objectives. Provide training in health-related areas for direct care staff. Prepare reports and data tracking. Assist other staff and clients as needed. Implement plans of correction as assigned. Help prepare for surveys, audits, and reviews as necessary.

Core Technology Competencies: Demonstrate working knowledge of computer operations, standard office equipment (copiers, faxes, etc.) and must be able to utilize all Microsoft Office services.

All employees must possess and maintain a valid Ohio Driver’s License, as well as the minimum auto insurance coverage for Ohio (must be able to provide proof upon request).
