Giver Specialist

The Giver Specialist is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service to our givers. The role will graciously and joyfully assist givers in their giving journey, champion giver needs, help identify technical issues impacting givers, and collaborate with our partners for resolution. The role will also collaborate with other teams within the Church to ideate and execute advancements for giving and manage the progress of bug fixes. Additionally, the role is responsible for collaborating with and supporting the YouVersion Donor Development team. The Giver Specialist utilizes their skillset to deliver outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further Life.Church’s mission and to reach people for Christ.

What You’ll Do
  • Own giver support for the YouVersion Bible App through incoming calls and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot to resolve complex giver issues
  • Manage giver records to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare and disburse routine giver statements 
  • Understand the various ways people give to YouVersion to support local and international givers
  • Identify technical issues, troubleshoot, and alert appropriate team members
  • Collaborate with other teams in the Church to ideate and solve YouVersion Giver issues
  • Rotate weekend support with other Giving Operations team members 
  • Assist in providing excellent customer service to our Life.Church givers
  • Assist with solving complex Life.Church giver issues as needed
  • Support other Giving Operations team members as needed
