Switch Project Manager

The Switch Project Manager is primarily responsible for leading campus staff resourcing, overseeing the collaboration with Central teams, and providing project management support to the Central Switch team. This role ensures that campus teams have the resources, training, and communication needed to execute Switch priorities effectively. The Switch Project Manager facilitates cross-team collaboration, oversees key projects such as global events and campus launches, and ensures alignment with the ministry’s vision. This role is responsible for leading project management initiatives that support the direction, and efforts of their team to outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead campus staff resourcing
  • Communication for all Youth Pastors; Youth Pastor Calls, Teams Channels, Weekly Emails.
  • Create and maintain all resources and Switch Staff Portal Page.
  • Create and maintain all new Youth Staff education and onboarding.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and provide operational support as needed during the hiring process.
  • Provide logistical support for the new staff process.
  • Attend applicable new staff events(Global Interview Event, Inside Out, Internship Interviews, etc.).
  • Focus on retention of current youth staff through appreciation, follow-up, etc.
  • Ensure campus teams have clear Switch goals and are properly resourced.
  • Execute Switch priorities and new initiatives.
  • Partner with campus teams to facilitate global event planning.
  • Oversee collaboration with Central teams.
  • Partner with Creative Media for graphics packages, weekly series assets, photography, and product design needs.
  • Act as the main Switch point of contact for Central teams.
  • Partner with Central teams to execute priorities and new initiatives.
  • Share overall team vision and objectives with other Central teams.
  • Provide guidance and direction for all teams to execute Switch Online services.
  • Provide project management to the Central Switch team.
  • Oversee and support Central Switch team goals and priorities.
  • Oversee campus launch process.
  • Capacity Event project management.
  • Contribute additional support for team priorities and initiatives.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills to foster collaboration and develop partnerships.
  • Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects.
  • Strong leadership skills and understanding of developing and guiding others.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of related work experience
