Remote BCBA (Behavioral Analyst) - IL Residents

As a Remote BCBA at Lighthouse Autism Center, you'll be responsible for managing a caseload of learners. This includes creating and continuously evaluating individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention goals, maintaining communication with parents and caregivers, and conducting assessments for new learners as needed. To qualify for the Remote BCBA position at Lighthouse Autism Center, you must hold a Master's degree that includes behavior analytic content and be an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Additional requirements include 2 to 3 years of experience in the ABA field, the ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and strong communication skills.
