Job Description

 

Radiology Services Assistant II – Main Campus 

  

Excellent opportunity at MSK!  We are seeking a Radiology Services Assistant II for our main hospital in Manhattan. Are you ready to join a best-in-class Radiology Department?  Are you passionate about our mission and supporting our patients? We want you to join us! 

   

Role Overview: 

  • Work onsite and welcome and check in all incoming visitors\patients with excellent customer service. 
  • Answer assigned phone lines and direct calls appropriately taking and distributing accurate, complete, and legible messages. 
  • Perform administrative tasks to assist in the preparation of patient paperwork prior to the procedure. 
  • Assist in scheduling Radiology appointments and coordinating visits. 
  • Input and update data into databases as required. 
  • Maintain a clean, operational, and safe environment. 

Key Qualifications: 

  • Experience in Radiology Scheduling and with Radiology clinical application systems.  

Core Skills: 

  • The ability to multitask, attention to detail, and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Effective communication skills. 
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Team-oriented.
