Position Overview:
As the Business Development Manager at MCE, you will be at the forefront of driving new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the MEP engineering sector. You will play a key role in building lasting relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will also manage and mentor a marketing team member.

Salary Range: $97,000 - $140,000 annually.
Individual employee compensation is determined with a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, knowledge, skills, geography, and performance. Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.

Mentoring junior staff will be essential to your role, fostering a collaborative environment and driving your team toward our business objectives. With a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related fields, along with at least five years' experience in business development or sales within building systems engineering, you'll come ready to make an impact. If you possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and have a solid understanding of MEP systems, we want to hear from you.
