Description

  • Research potential clients and partners within the HR and education sectors.
  • Conduct outbound email, phone, and text outreach to generate leads.
  • Pre-qualify prospects and schedule sales meetings with decision-makers.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Follow up with leads, track communication, and maintain client relationships.
  • Support business development initiatives to expand client’s reach.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, Hubspot, and sales tracking tools.
  • Assist in managing communication via VoIP phone systems, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting on sales activities.
  • Answer incoming calls and handle client inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
  • Manage email communications and ensure timely responses to client queries.



Hard Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client outreach.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Experience with Hubspot, lead tracking, and outreach platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in generating leads.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, and VoIP systems.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.



Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM Eastern Standard Time
