We are the creators and leaders of a new category, meaning building our product is HARD and requires creativity. We need to listen to customers and innovate on their behalf to come up with unique approaches.

  • Owning impact end to end: Our product managers own goals around adoption. Shipping products is not enough, and we make sure we drive significant adoption and impact for customers. We collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success and our users to accomplish that.

  • We are growing quickly: Monte Carlo is growing rapidly in terms of customers, revenue and headcount. We enjoy the challenges and adventures that come with high growth environments.

You will report to our CTO.
