Located in sunny Arizona, this position involves resolving customer concerns through clear and professional written communication. You’ll be tasked with preparing correspondence that addresses complex issues related to both forward and reverse mortgages, ensuring our customers receive the timely and effective assistance they need. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment; you’ll be working closely with various business units to tackle challenges and elevate our customer service experience. Your knack for writing will shine as you utilize sound judgment to create well-structured responses with proper grammar and punctuation. In this role, you'll build rapport with both internal colleagues and external customers, demonstrating your ability to handle complaints and conflict with professionalism and empathy. To succeed as a Customer Correspondence Sr Associate, we’re looking for someone with at least two years of mortgage experience and excellent communication skills. A background in customer service is a plus, alongside familiarity with MS Office, particularly MS Word.
