The RN Float Pool at MultiCare involves organizing patient care, prioritizing and delivering nursing tasks based on hospital policies while collaborating with your nursing team to enhance care quality and patient experience. Further, you’ll play a part in fostering a learning environment and advocating for our patients.

To qualify for the RN Float Pool at MultiCare, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or it should be obtained within five years of hire. A current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement is also needed, in addition to having at least two years of acute care experience.

The RN Float Pool position at MultiCare typically requires working from 7 AM to 7 PM for three days a week, including every other weekend. This allows for a balanced lifestyle while providing excellent patient care.
