We are a facility services provider specializing in the commercial, light industrial and logistics industries. We are a “one stop shop” for our clients being able to provide them with such services as:

  • Janitorial / Maintenance Services.
  • Staffing.
  • Security Guard Services.
  • Logistics.


Responsibilities

  • Search for potential clients and sale our services.
  • Create new business through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Sell, renew and expand service agreements, including multiyear agreements, to both new and existing customers.
  • Effectively write, and present proposals.
  • Keep management informed of progress and account status.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience.
  • Superior communication and customer service skills.
  • Have excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
  • Action oriented with sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work within team environment.
  • Oversee preparation and presentation of proposals to clients.
  • Work closely with our operations managers in ensuring the best level of service.
  • Establish weekly reporting plans
