Job Description

As the Appointment Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and managing appointments, ensuring optimal organization of schedules.

Communicating with clients to confirm and, if necessary, reschedule appointments.

Ensuring smooth coordination to enhance the overall efficiency of our operations.

Providing excellent customer service and patient education.

The ability to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of appointments.

A commitment to contributing to the overall success of our health optimization services.

Bilingual, Spanish peaking preferred.

Expected Compensation

The expected compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from $21.00 per hour along with additional benefits. Actual pay may vary based on individual factors, skills, and experience. The complete compensation package will be discussed in detail upon receiving an offer of employment.
