Certified Fitters have the opportunity to build a rewarding career while improving the lives of patients by measuring and fitting compression garments and post-mastectomy products. The patients served may include those with lymphedema, various vascular conditions, or a history of breast cancer. Compression garments assist in removing excess fluid from tissues or help contain fluid in the limbs, alleviating discomfort. Fitters receive on-the-job training to learn the specialized skills required for this role. A wide range of products is available to meet patients' needs. Fitters must demonstrate strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Measure and fit for products associated with uncomplicated and complex health conditions associated with two areas of expertise: mastectomy and compression. Assist clients with product selection, providing accurate information for products carried by A Wellness Place.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
