GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for working closely with the Property Manager with the day-to-day operation of the apartment community and building(s). Responsible for providing quality service to residents, efficient operation of the property and completion of required administrative tasks. Reports to the Property Manager. This position is 20 hours per week.
