We are expanding and looking for an Partner Engagement Manager to join our Partnerships team at Omnisend. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with digital marketing agencies, helping them understand the value of Omnisend, and driving mutual growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our partner ecosystem and ensuring that our agency partners are equipped to succeed with Omnisend. 


What you'll do @Omnisend:
  • Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new digital marketing agencies into the Omnisend Partner Program.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners, acting as their main point of contact and advocate within Omnisend.
  • Training & Enablement: Provide agencies with the necessary training and resources to effectively sell and implement Omnisend solutions for their clients.
  • Co-Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing activities, including webinars, case studies, and joint events.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve partner engagement and success.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that agency partners are effectively driving revenue and meeting their targets.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback from partners to help improve our product offerings, support processes, and partner program.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to meet with partners and teams in person will be required to be successful.


We expect that you'll bring:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role within the SaaS or digital marketing industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly eCommerce, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Relationship-Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment with changing priorities.
  • Non-Negotiable Qualities: Growth mindset, ability to learn quick, a mindset to contribute as an important part of a team and a focus on outcomes not outputs. 
  • Bonus: Previous experience in and/or knowledge of Email and SMS Marketing automation.
