Product Manager Lead - Document Management

The Product Manager will oversee part of the document management portfolio, including capabilities such as document upload, storage, processing and generation. This role involves developing technical and product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading product development. 

We are seeking an experienced Product Lead of Shared Document Management Services within the digital product division. In this leadership role, you will be driving the vision and execution of a scalable document platform including replacing legacy systems with modern solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product and business teams to ensure that document products align with business objectives and contribute to the company’s overall digital strategy. 

This role is Hybrid. You should be located within a commutable distance to one of our offices located in Wilmington DE, Dallas/Fort Worth TX. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Define and Execute Documents Strategy: Set the vision and roadmap for the shared document platform, ensuring it supports the needs of the business and digital product teams. Align document product initiatives with broader digital strategies. 
Collaborate with Product Teams: Partner with different product teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. Oversee platform enhancements and ensure alignment with best practices in data management, governance, and security. 
Promote Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to enhance digital product performance and drive business outcomes. 
Implement Best Practices: Establish and maintain best practices for data governance, data quality, and compliance with financial services regulations. 
Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leaders and key stakeholders to communicate progress, address challenges, and align on strategic priorities for document initiatives. 
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of document products from ideation to execution, ensuring that they meet business goals and deliver value. 

Baseline Qualifications: 

5+ years of experience in product management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years working in a matrixed organization. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
Proven experience in building, scaling and maintaining complex products in a financial services or digital product environment. 
Experience with agile methodologies and results oriented mindset that does not mind working in the grey.  
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions and product strategies, including basic expertise in querying data. 
Experience with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Heap, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). 
Experience working with APIs and backend systems. 
Nice to haves: 
Expertise in integrating cloud and SAAS vendors. 
Conducted complex migration projects from legacy to cloud providers. 
Familiarity with basic AI technologies applied to intelligent document processing. 
Experience with e signature platforms. 
Experience with complex business workflow and rules engines.
