Marketing Manager

  • Plan, control, and manage the marketing team to ensure efficient execution
  • Develop strategies, create marketing plans, and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage marketing strategies, plans, timelines, budgets, conversion rates, and CRM campaigns
  • Plan and manage media placements across various channels, including social media, communication channels, websites, in-app communication, and out-of-home (OOH) media
  • Analyze and monitor the results of marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Work aligned with the organization's main objectives.
  • Ensure tasks meet the organization's needs by tracking users according to the user funnel.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content in alignment with the brand's strategy
  • Work closely with management to analyze and develop marketing budgets in line with the company's financial goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing operations
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
  • Good management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
  • Creativity in developing and managing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create and execute marketing strategies
  • Ability to work well in teams and flexibility to adapt to changing needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communication, strategy, or a related field
  • Experience in both online and offline marketing
  • Experience in a startup environment (preferred)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working with agencies
