The Role
We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated Spend Payment Operations Analyst to engage with and support Ottimate clients on a daily basis. You'll engage with customers, providing email/phone/zoom support to answer client inquiries related to payment transactions on our Spend platform. You will interface with other Ottimate teams including Onboarding, Risk & Fraud, Product, and Engineering while providing world class client service.

Ottimate is seeking a dynamic Spend Payment Operations Analyst to join our lively team, where you’ll be the voice and support system for our valued clients. In this role, you’ll engage daily with customers, providing assistance through email, phone, and video calls, addressing any inquiries related to payment transactions on the Spend platform. As a Spend Payment Operations Analyst, you’ll get to work closely with various teams such as Onboarding, Risk & Fraud, Product, and Engineering, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will involve troubleshooting issues related to spend card transactions and settings while also improving processes to streamline operations. You'll be instrumental in prioritizing customer support requests and suggesting enhancements based on client feedback. By fostering strong relationships with clients, you will uncover opportunities for delivering greater value to their accounts. A self-motivated individual, you’ll thrive in our fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and leveraging your problem-solving skills. If you have a familiarity with SaaS, a passion for customer support, and an interest in Fintech, this might be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
