As our GTM Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of how we engage with and sell to customers, understanding their needs, shaping our go-to-market motion, and ensuring seamless implementation. You’ll work directly with ambitious startups and forward-thinking enterprises to integrate the web into their workflows.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll partner closely with GTM and engineering teams to accelerate adoption, drive customer success, and fuel revenue growth.
Own the entire GTM motion from defining the funnel to closing deals, activating customers, and scaling deployments.
Define our GTM strategy including how we think about pricing, packaging, channels and core systems.
Drive enterprise sales. Source, engage, and close high-value customers while navigating complex, multi-layered organizations.
Lead post-sale implementation. Ensure smooth onboarding and maximize customer value through hands-on deployment and strategy.
Accelerate and scale PLG initiatives. Build a self-serve motion that drives top-of-funnel engagement and adoption.
Be the customer advocate. Deeply understand customer pain points, provide feedback to product and engineering, and drive continuous improvement.
Optimize operational processes. Track key success metrics, refine engagement strategies, and ensure long-term customer success.
