🔎 Get found

Presence: Synchroniser les informations des magasins sur les principales plateformes (Google, Facebook, Waze, etc.), annuaires et GPS.

Store Locator: Aider les clients à trouver le magasin qui leur convient grùce à des données locales actualisées et des filtres dédiés sur les sites web des enseignes.

RĂ©seaux sociaux: GĂ©rer les publications sur Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.


🎯 Get chosen

Review: Centraliser, répondre et analyser les avis clients reçus sur Google et Facebook.

  • Travailler avec notre Ă©quipe Sales afin de comprendre les besoins et enjeux des clients Ă  onboarder
  • Suivre les Ă©tapes clĂ©s du paramĂ©trage en aidant les clients Ă  configurer leur compte.
  • Mettre en place des points d'accompagnement rĂ©guliers avec tes clients afin de les guider dans cette mise en place
  • Adapter ton discours en fonction de la maturitĂ© digitale de chaque client et en rĂ©ponse Ă  leurs besoins spĂ©cifiques
  • Conseiller tes interlocuteurs sur les bonnes pratiques liĂ©es Ă  l’utilisation de Partoo et le SEO
  • Incarner, dĂ©fendre et vĂ©hiculer nos valeurs dans les Ă©changes avec tes clients
  • Participer activement Ă  la rĂ©daction de la documentation, l'amĂ©lioration des process existants et au produit avec l'ensemble des Ă©quipes (Product, Tech, Sales, Legal, Customer Care, Marketing, etc.)


Profil recherchĂ© 🎯
  • Hard Skills :

  • Tu as une expĂ©rience prĂ©alable en accompagnement de client (onboarding) et ta prioritĂ©, c'est de les rendre heureux.
  • Tu maitrises parfaitement, l'Anglais et le Français (niveau C1-C2).
  • Tu maĂźtrises le Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), la Suite Google & idĂ©alement Salesforce pour ĂȘtre Ă  l'aise rapidement sur nos outils du quotidien
