You'll be responsible for providing outstanding support across various channels: phone, email, and chat, assisting clients with everything from product features to troubleshooting. Not only will you help users seamlessly set up and install our products, but you'll also document customer interactions to constantly improve our service. Your collaboration with the VR & AR development teams will ensure you're relaying valuable customer insights back to enhance future experiences. Fluency in Czech and English is a must, and if you know additional languages, even better!
