Sales Manager - Dussledorf

We’re a FoodTech scale-up with over £25million of funding, and we want to revolutionise food delivery through the creation and franchising of virtual food brands (brands designed for delivery), operated by anyone that runs a commercial kitchen - we think there’s about 70,000 of them in the UK.


We've grown massively in a short period of time and have operations in the UK, DACH and France.. We offer kitchen operators everything they need to sell our brands through delivery Apps whilst continuing to service their core customers. In short, we’re defining the future of the food delivery market! Nobody’s growing as fast as us in the UK, and we’re looking for great people to join us on our journey.


We are looking to grow our DACH market by adding a Sales Manager to the team. You will be responsible for identifying, signing and onboarding new partners. Ideally you will come from a hospitality background, know how to talk to restaurants, take away owners and chefs and be able to identify why a relationship with PWB will be beneficial to them. 


The Role:
  • The most important part of the Area Manager role is bringing on new partners. We expect you to iIdentify and target potential partners, and collaborate with them to create customised solutions to close deals successfully. Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential partners, showcasing the benefits and addressing their inquiries.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our restaurant partners, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, staying updated on industry trends, and effectively communicate their value to prospects.
  • Train our restaurant partners, in-person on-site where possible, on our best-practice kitchen and operational processes ensuring the highest standards and exceptional brand launches. You will coach and train our restaurant partners on our recipes, brands, as well as how to optimise their kitchen and use the order and delivery tech provided.
  • Launch our partners: You will be responsible for launching our partners! You will have ownership over all of the setup, training and ultimate go-live. 
  • Post-launch review and training: Once restaurants have been launched, you will be responsible for further re-training if the results are not up to the expected level.
  • Build positive partner relationships to maximise your Territory's performance. Arrange Operational Excellence calls and visits to improve partner's: Rating, Incorrect Order Rate, Driver Wait Time and Prep Time.


About you:
  • You will come from a hospitality background, having worked in or run a kitchen or bar.
  • This is a remote role which requires frequent travel.
  • You will have some sales or account management experience. 
  • Great communication skills; the ability to present PWB to different types of partners. 
  • Fluent German and Proficient English 
  • Must have your own car so you will be travelling to your partner sites.
