We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager based in Sao Paulo, Brazil to support our global marketing technology stack and operational processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing operations. This role will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing marketing technology platforms, and ensuring data integrity across systems to support Peloton Consulting Group's demand generation initiatives.
As a Marketing Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
Marketing Technology Management
- Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including Salesforce CRM, Eloqua, and ZoomInfo
- Configure and maintain marketing automation workflows in Eloqua including email campaigns, landing pages, and forms
- Support Salesforce CRM marketing campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
- Leverage ZoomInfo for prospect generation and data enrichment
- Implement and maintain integration between marketing systems
- Create technical documentation for marketing processes and platform configurations
Campaign Execution
- Build and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and forms in Eloqua
- Set up lead scoring models and implement lead routing processes
- Create and manage segmentation rules for targeted campaigns
- Configure tracking parameters and ensure proper attribution
- Test marketing assets across platforms and devices
- Provide technical support for global marketing campaigns
Lead Management
- Manage lead qualification and follow-up processes
- Configure and maintain nurture programs for different buyer personas
- Monitor lead flow from generation to sales handoff
- Troubleshoot lead routing issues between marketing platforms and CRM
- Support sales team with lead management questions
- Optimize lead scoring models based on conversion data
- Generate weekly lead reports for marketing and sales teams
Database Management
- Maintain contact database quality and integrity across marketing platforms
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
- Perform regular data cleansing and deduplication processes
- Manage list imports and exports between systems
- Create segmentation rules for targeted marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations
- Generate prospect lists based on target criteria
Reporting & Analytics
- Create and distribute regular marketing performance reports
- Track campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide optimization recommendations
- Build dashboards for visualizing marketing KPIs
- Support ROI analysis for marketing initiatives
- Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by marketing leadership
- Track competitive intelligence data
Digital Asset Management
- Organize and maintain the marketing digital asset library
- Ensure proper version control for marketing assets
- Support the distribution of assets to global marketing teams
- Coordinate with creative teams on asset requirements
- Track asset performance and usage metrics
Event and Marketing Program Support
- Source and research venues
- Help drive demand to field and channel events
- Coordinate logistics field and channel events
- Manage budgets for field and channel events
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or related field with
2-5+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing technology roles
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and ZoomInfo or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and metrics
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Dynamic individual who easily connects and collaborates with the broader organization

Additional Desired Skills:
- Eloqua and/or Salesforce certifications

- Knowledge of data privacy regulations
