Our platform powers the next generation of embedded finance by providing integrations across accounting, commerce, HRIS, CRM, banking, and more—helping fintech companies build financial products that save SMBs time and money.

Our mission is to power the solutions that help SMBs thrive — by making it faster, easier, and more reliable for fintechs to access and sync SMB customer data.

We're backed by top investors, including Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Y Combinator, Basis Set Ventures, Haystack, and Mischief Capital.

We’re trusted by a top 10 U.S. bank, a top 3 global digital payment processor, and fintech leaders like Mercury, Payoneer, and Airwallex.

About the Role

We're hiring a demand-focused leader to take full ownership of pipeline generation — from strategy to execution. You’ll work closely with sales, partnerships, and founders to build qualified pipeline across fintech and financial services.

This is an in-person NYC role based in Flatiron Manhattan — fast-paced, collaborative, and high-impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own pipeline strategy across outbound, paid, ABM, content, and field

  • Manage SDRs and scale outbound using Clay, Unify, Outreach, and HubSpot

  • Launch multi-channel campaigns and co-marketing programs with partners

  • Lead field marketing — events, roundtables, and conferences

  • Own messaging and conversion on our website (Webflow + Amplitude)

  • Track, report, and optimize funnel performance and ROI

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8+ years in B2B demand gen or growth — with Series A / early-stage experience

  • Proven track record owning pipeline and managing SDRs

  • Hands-on with outbound, paid acquisition, ABM, and field marketing

  • Clear communicator and operator — thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments

  • Skilled with Clay, Unify, Webflow, HubSpot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Ads

  • NYC-based and excited to be in person

  • Bonus: Passion for fintech and building for technical buyers

Why Join Rutter

  • Big mission: Powering the solutions that help SMBs thrive

  • Strong traction: Trusted by major banks, global fintechs, and high-growth startups

  • High ownership: You’ll define how we scale demand and grow revenue

  • Compensation: OTE of $180,000 to $225,000 plus market-leading equity & benefits
