Surgical Neuro, FT Days, Sign on Bonus Available

Join us at Piedmont Newton as we continue to grow! We have just opened 15 additional acute care beds in a newly remodeled space.

Our Surgery and Neuro unit at Piedmont Newton offers the following:

Bedside documentation devices in every room

Tele Neuro consults and rounding

Rooms on same floor as Surgery Department

Management of patients having or requiring:

Post-surgical management including general surgery and hysterectomies

TIA, Stroke, Seizures and other Neuro diagnoses

Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Graduate of a nursing program

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
New Graduates of a nursing program eligible

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
BLS certification required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
For PRN positions: One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred
Bachelors degree preferred
Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum)
