Job Title: Senior Living Solutions Specialist - Remote
Reports to: National Director of Sales
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary:
As the Senior Living Solutions Specialist, reporting to the Vice President Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, chats, texts and building deep rapport with prospects through proactive follow-up resulting in scheduled tours, leveraging our CRM with clean data and maintaining a working knowledge of community services, amenities, special events and pricing.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
