Sr Android Developer

Phát Triển Module Quảng Cáo (Ads Modules):

● Có kinh nghiệm viết module ads(là một lợi thế): Có khả năng viết module ads để cải thiện

tối ưu quy trình gắn ads cho app nhanh hơn.

● Thiết kế và phát triển các tính năng quảng cáo: Tích hợp các loại quảng cáo phổ biến

(banner, interstitial, video ads, native ads) vào ứng dụng Android, sử dụng nền tảng ads như

Google AdMob, MAX... .Tích hợp các mediation và sdk các mạng tăng show rate các vị trí

ads.

● Tối ưu hóa hiệu suất quảng cáo: Tối ưu hóa công nghệ code cho tính năng và và logic ads

của sản phẩm. Theo dõi và phân tích dữ liệu để tối ưu hóa doanh thu từ quảng cáo, đồng thời

đảm bảo trải nghiệm người dùng bị drop ở các màn.

● Cải tiến chất lượng quảng cáo: Tham gia đóng góp với po và team chiến lược quảng cáo

phù hợp với từng loại ứng dụng và người dùng, giúp gia tăng doanh thu.

Đào Tạo và Hỗ Trợ Các Thành Viên Mới/Dưới Level:

● Chia sẻ kiến thức và đào tạo kỹ năng: Hướng dẫn các thành viên mới hoặc dưới level về

cách viết mã sạch, hiệu quả và các best practices trong lập trình Android, đặc biệt là khi phát

triển và tối ưu hóa các module quảng cáo.

● Code Review và mentorship: Thực hiện các buổi code review để đảm bảo chất lượng mã

nguồn, giúp đội ngũ học hỏi và nâng cao kỹ năng lập trình.
