Role Description
We are seeking a Client Servicing Manager – Digital to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for remote work. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing client relationships, ensuring project success and client satisfaction, and collaborating with our programming and creative teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the programming team to ensure timely delivery of digital projects.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams.
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide proactive updates to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships.
Skills:
2-3 years of experience
Proficient in English and Mandarin
Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills.
Proven track record in Customer Satisfaction and Effective Communication.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of tech and digital concepts is a plus.
Experience in the marketing or digital industry is preferred.
Project management experience is a bonus
