The Qualified Marketing Team

The Qualified Marketing team is made up of Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, and Creative. Our team is responsible for crafting our corporate narrative and bringing awareness to our target buyer through compelling messaging, launches, advertising, events, content, and strategic campaigns.

The marketing team is small but mighty and the pace is fast. We’re constantly evolving our messaging, launching new products, and delivering new content and programs. Position Description

As the Senior Manager of Events, you’ll be the driving force behind executing Qualified’s event strategy. From high-energy trade shows to intimate field events, you’ll create experiences that engage prospects, delight customers, and drive pipeline. You love the fast pace of a high-growth startup and thrive when juggling multiple events at once. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to make sure every event is a seamless, impactful experience that fuels our company’s growth. What You'll Be Doing

  • Execute Qualified’s event marketing strategy, ensuring field events, trade shows, and conferences drive demand and pipeline.

  • Manage all aspects of event execution, including venue selection, logistics, vendor coordination, and budget oversight to maximize ROI.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive pre-show interest, secure high-value meetings, and accelerate post-event follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create multi-touch campaigns that enhance event engagement and conversion.

  • Analyze event performance, tracking key metrics like net-new and expansion pipeline, and provide actionable insights to optimize future events.

  • Ensure seamless attribution tracking so the impact of each event is accurately reported and measured.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Events ideally in the SaaS or tech space) including planning and executing events such as industry conferences, partner events and field events.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana and Google Suite

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful events, from large conferences to small field events.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
