Summary:
As Content Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping our corporate story, developing and executing content strategies that resonate with our current employees and attract top talent. You will own and execute our new owned media strategy in collaboration with a dynamic team of communication professionals. Imagine being the driving force behind content that fosters connection, belonging, and excitement within our organization!
You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to amplify the voice of our people—employees, community, and customers—through multiple content channels. You will also leverage data and analytics to guide content decisions and work collaboratively across teams to ensure content aligns with company priorities and drives engagement.

Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location.
