Role Overview
A digital-first marketing agency is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee and maintain multiple e-commerce websites for a portfolio of spirits brands. The role involves managing online storefronts with varying SKUs, optimizing logistics, and enhancing customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about consumer behavior, and knowledgeable in inventory management, third-party logistics, and shipping carriers.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain multiple e-commerce websites on Shopify.
· Coordinate with third-party fulfillment and customer service partners.
· Optimize inventory, shipping profiles, and product listings.
· Troubleshoot technical issues and conduct regular QA.
· Develop and launch new bundles, SKUs, and promotions.
· Analyze performance metrics and provide insights.
· eCommerce Website Project Launch Management
· Set up of Shopify apps, shipping settings, and user access
· Coordination with 3PLs on SKU specs, shipping policies, and other key settings
· Upload of content for launch
· Live QA, test orders, and oversight of final adjustments
Qualifications:
· 4+ years in e-commerce operations.
· Strong experience with Shopify; WordPress is a plus.
· Proficiency in Google Analytics and data analysis.
· Experience with logistics, fulfillment, and inventory management.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
About The Position:
· Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Est Time).
· Location: 100% Remote. Contractor model.
