About Role:
The Director will be responsible for ensuring that the core business systems and business processes used by the sales teams to manage customer interactions, quotes, contracts, and orders are optimized for maximum sales productivity and efficiency. The Director will partner with the Technology organization to plan and execute system improvements, including significant planned improvements in CPQ and CLM. The Director will also manage a small team of support staff.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the design and support of CRM, CPQ, and CLM systems for the lead-to-order customer lifecycle.
Optimizing business processes for the lead-to-order customer lifecycle.
Identifying emerging trends and advising on the future direction of the revenue tech stack (e.g., AI use cases).
Collaborating with the Technology team to deliver technical solutions, define business requirements, and manage a prioritized roadmap and backlog.
Working with Sales, Sales Operations, and SMEs to design solutions that streamline CRM activities and the lead-to-order lifecycle.
Partnering with Business Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to design and execute business processes that meet upstream and downstream needs and data governance requirements.
Managing a team that provides training and Level 1 support to Sales organizations and conducts user acceptance testing for system enhancements.
Requirements:
Experience as a System Administrator for SFDC CRM and CPQ in a complex environment, including global business support and integration with legacy ERP solutions.
Experience with CPQ and CLM implementations, including full lifecycle system design, implementation, and two full fiscal year cycles in production.
Proven track record of delivering measurable and sustainable business improvements. SFDC Administrator Certification (preferred).
Experience as a Business Analyst focused on business process optimization.
Good understanding of sales processes and ability to translate them into functional system requirements to improve sales productivity.
Experience integrating CRM with additional systems in the revenue tech stack (e.g., High Spot, GONG, Outreach).
Ability to deliver results in highly matrixed environments, lead cross-functional initiatives, and influence without authority.
Application of Change Management best practices in conjunction with significant business process or systems changes.
Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver major change initiatives on time.
High business acumen and technical knowledge to partner effectively with sales, business, and technical leaders and teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
