As a Customer Development Executive at our thriving company, you will be at the heart of our B2B sales strategy. This pivotal role encourages you to develop and maintain relationships with clients while actively researching new market opportunities. You’ll thrive as you manage a diverse portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention requires a dynamic, proactive approach. You'll work closely with the sales admin to prepare essential contracts and service executive forms to secure new business deals. Understanding our product features and keen insights into competitors will guide your promotional strategies. You'll also tackle customer complaints effectively, inspect client premises when necessary, and coordinate with our Operations Department to ensure that all services meet our clients' expectations. If you enjoy planning your work and executing it within approved timeframes, you'll find this role rewarding. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, over two years of B2B sales experience, and possess superb communication and problem-solving skills.
