About This Role

  • Welcome new customers and update clients on their current project timelines

  • Monitor and respond to company communications via MS Teams and text platform

  • Complete customer care calls for all finished installations

  • Hours M-F, 8am - 4:30pm

Key Qualifications

  • Outgoing and engaging attitude to build relationship and trust with clients

  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment- a plus

  • Exposure to home improvement, collections, health, insurance, banking and finance, or sales industry- a plus

  •  Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision

  •  Proficiency in MS Office 365

  •  Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish

  •  Flexible, positive attitude and willingness to learn
