As a key player at Summit, you'll have the opportunity to shape and drive our strategic marketing initiatives, identifying profitable new business avenues while fostering strong relationships with key agencies. We're dedicated to providing tailored insurance solutions that genuinely meet client needs, enhancing agency retention and satisfaction. With your expertise, you'll not only craft comprehensive marketing plans considering agency strengths and market conditions but also conduct invaluable market research that informs our strategic decisions. This role is much more than just meetings and reports; you'll be out and about, with a hefty 60% to 80% of your time spent in the field, engaging directly with agents and brokers. To be successful, you’ll need at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic business development or marketing.
