About Us

Description

 

Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (RCM, RMK, ONB2.0) products and processes. Leads and ensures the successful implementation of SuccessFactors products. Functions as a key resource for customers and leads implementation teams.

Essential Functions

· Provides functional strategic guidance for project planning, system landscape, data migration, testing, deployment, integration, and overall solution architecture.

· Advises Project Leads and Project Managers to implement best practice decisions that successfully impact the overall platform.

· Provides guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to SAP best practices.

· Supports Project Leads in translating business goals into appropriate solutions, while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution.

· Able to lead and conduct project design workshops.

· Able to functions as an individual contributor leading a product implementation team to deliver SuccessFactors product.

· Responsible for supporting functional and technical leads in workshops.

· Designs and supports proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions.

· Designs, develops, and supports business requirements by leveraging SAP solutions.

· Assists and review the preparation of workshop/training materials.

· Maintains an overall overview of the customer solution, throughout the project cycle.

· Able to complete/assist in demonstration set ups.

· Proactively identifies process improvements, including clear and concise solution definitions.

· Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives.

· Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations.

Essential Functions (Continued)

 

  • Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices. 
  • Participate in weekly internal team meetings. 
  • Increase knowledge of modules and best practices. 
  • Accurately track and report time and expenses. 
  • Coach junior consultants on project implementation. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a related relevant field.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors module. (Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred)
  • Minimum 5 year of experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and Employee Central implementation
  • At least 3 Full implementation experiences on SuccessFactors Employee Central Module.
  • Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role.
  • Other Professional SuccessFactors module certifications will also be considered (Onboarding, Compensation, etc.)

  • Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team, deploying the features and functions of SuccessFactors products as outlined in the Statement of Work.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.

  • Ability to work in teams and independently.
  • Strong organizational, planning and management skills.
  • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations by keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda.
