Job Description:
The Associate Quality Consultant works as a member of the Quality team within Epiq. In this position you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, change management activities, standardization and integration projects as well as performing data analysis that is used to change behavior throughout the organization. This individual will act as a change agent working across the various teams to help identify high impact areas for improvement and support the implementation of solutions to enable positive business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Perform in-person and virtual assessments of Epiq operations
Research, analyze, and evaluate data to identify patterns and validate accuracy and process performance.
Support Complex Process Improvement Workshops
Drive Root Cause Analysis meetings
Support Operational Excellence work
Support creation of KPIs for operational scorecards
Support Incident Management activities
Identify key issues, trends, and potential root causes that point to improvement opportunities
Provide explanations, interpretations, and recommendations for process improvements based on established standards (SOPs)
Lead by example as an active change agent by leveraging influencing skills that come from prior Continuous Improvement experience
Establishes strong, effective and collaborative partnerships with key business area leaders and subject matter experts
Support the business area with a solid understanding of the strategic direction and goals. Focus on ideas that strive to eliminate redundancy, improve client satisfaction, and increase efficiency through LEAN & Six Sigma tools and other continuous improvement methodologies
Quantifies and develops appropriate cost benefit measures for new or redesigned value-added processes
Collects, analyses and presents business results to cross functional leadership teams
Provides training, coaching and mentoring on the use and practice of Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools
Support the design, development, delivery, and management of key change management communications.
Requirements for this role
Job-related experience in continuous improvement and operational support preferred
Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and project management skills preferred
Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels individually and as part of a team and to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
Ability to remain calm under pressure, deal with stress associated with a fast-paced work environment, and remain flexible and adaptable in changing situations
Must be able to facilitate solutions across departments and teams in a collaborative manner
Experience managing projects while working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be self-directed and foster initiative in others

The Compensation range for this role is 82,331.10 - 164,662.80 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.Click here to learn about Epiq's Benefits.
