At Ruppert, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team! We specialize in commercial construction and pride ourselves on our reputation as a privately and employee-owned specialty contractor. With a multi-state presence, we maintain that small company feel, allowing our team to thrive while serving our customers with dedication. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will manage large or specialty construction projects and handle everything from preparing submittals, RFIs, and change orders to ensuring smooth communication with subcontractors and customers on-site. You'll be instrumental in project delivery, and your keen eye will help oversee these projects through their warranty periods. Building relationships is at the heart of what we do; therefore, you'll work closely with architects, vendors, and our valued clientele while coordinating with internal management teams. Your strong organizational skills will be essential as you help schedule manpower and assist with understanding financial aspects like monthly closeouts and billing reports. If you’re ready to contribute to a supportive work environment that values its people as much as its projects, check out this exciting opportunity to grow your career with Ruppert!
