Your mission
In this position, you drive customer value and business growth through strategic content creation and data-driven marketing activities. You play a pivotal role in attracting and engaging target audiences, guiding them through the entire customer journey from awareness to action. You develop content based on research and analytics from customer behaviour, ensuring it performs well and has lasting appeal. Utilizing tools like Excel, SQL, and digital analytics platforms, you analyse marketing data, generate reports, and identify trends.
Collaborating closely with marketing teams, you define problems, establish requirements for change, and recommend actions. Additionally, you guide and coach the team, set goals, assign deliverables, and foster continuous development with a supportive leadership approach.
Key responsibilities:
You report to the Head of Marketing and are a key member of the Marketing Management team. Through collaboration across departments, you ensure alignment of business objectives and marketing initiatives.
The location for this position is flexible across our sites globally and international travel is included.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or another related field. You have a combination of leadership experience and a strong marketing and technical background – demonstrated through successful development and implementation of targeted marketing programs for business-to-business technology markets and customers with complex buying cycles. Acting in a truly global environment calls for excellent skills in English, verbally and in writing.
You’re a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data to inform marketing strategies, business decisions and company growth. You have a passion for putting customer needs at the heart of marketing efforts and the capability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. With a holistic and straightforward leadership style combined with your strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, you guide and develop your team effectively.
