Role Overview

At Satispay, we continually push the boundaries of fintech innovation, revolutionizing how financial services integrate into everyday life.

As we are now expanding into the space of consumer lending, we seek a visionary Head of Credit to steer our innovative project forward. As the Head of Credit at Satispay, you will embody the role of a strategic and hands-on leader, renowned for your ability to develop pioneering credit solutions that drive profitability and innovation in risk management, exceeding the evolving needs and expectations of our customers. This position requires an all-rounded professional who is deeply engaged in every aspect of the role, from conceptualizing and implementing strategic initiatives to actively managing and refining operational details.

Your Mission:

  • Strategic Credit Leadership. Guide the development of Satispay's lending services, focusing on innovative product solutions aligned with our strategic goals and market needs.

  • Credit Risk Management Architecture. Design and implement a robust credit risk management framework, including risk appetite and metrics, to sustainably scale our credit operations.

  • Advanced Analytics and Pricing Strategies. Champion the use of cutting-edge machine learning algorithms to refine credit and pricing policies, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.

  • Investor Relations and Capital Strategy. Strengthen and broaden relationships with diverse financial stakeholders, including banks and asset managers, to secure capital supply and support Satispay’s credit offerings through effective capital management and innovative funding solutions.

  • Regulatory Compliance Oversight. Ensure Satispay’s lending practices comply with evolving regulatory demands, positioning the company as a leader in responsible fintech innovation

  • Operational Excellence. Manage the complete credit process from origination to servicing, ensuring seamless processes and optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Leadership and Team Development, Build and grow a focused team dedicated to credit products, driving the group toward excellence.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Proven Leadership. You have a minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in a fintech or financial services environment, with substantial experience in credit management and consumer lending solutions (such as buy-now-pay-later).

  • Technical Expertise. You have demonstrated the ability to develop and implement successful credit products and strategies. Strong analytical skills, with expertise in risk management, model validation, and financial regulation.

  • Agile Leadership Skills. You have proven experience with agile methodologies and managing cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented mindset and communication. You have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to execute complex projects. You communicate effectively, building trust and understanding across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
