Job Description

We are looking for an IT Proect Manager to join our growing global team at Sectigo.

We are seeking a results-driven Corporate IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing back-office systems projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects that enhance and support corporate functions such as finance, HR, procurement, and other enterprise operations. This role demands exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of back-office systems and processes. 

This is a full-time position working in the hybrid model and at least 3 days a week from our Scottsdale office.
 

Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role: 

Project Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. 

System Expertise: Oversee implementations, upgrades, and integrations of back-office systems, including ERP, CRM HRIS, financial software, and procurement platforms. 

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including department heads, to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. 

Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, vendors, and business users, to achieve project goals. 

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues as they arise. 

Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness. 
Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and changes. 

Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize back-office operations through technology solutions. 

Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with company policies, IT governance standards, and regulatory requirements. 

Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on back-office systems. 

Ideal Candidate Profiles, Talents, and Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred. 
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of back-office systems such as ERP (e.g., Dynamics, NetSuite), Billing, CRM (e.g., SalesForce), HRIS, and financial software. 
  • Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom). 
  • Secure Environment Knowledge: Experience working in a secure environment which complies with ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX or other compliance requirements. 
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
