Medication Aide - SpringRidge

As a Medication Aide at SpringRidge, your primary responsibilities will include assisting and administering medications prescribed by physicians to residents, documenting all medication management related information, and notifying an LVN/LPN of any adverse medication reactions. You'll also be involved in managing medication refills and updating resident records as needed.
