As we expand our market presence, we are seeking a Pre-Sales & Partnerships Program Manager to drive technical engagement with potential customers, support key partnerships, and ensure the success of Hivemind adoption.
As a Pre-Sales & Partnerships Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Hivemind adoption by working closely with prospective customers, partners, and internal teams. Your focus will be on driving pre-sales technical validation, building strategic relationships, and managing partner integrations. You will ensure customers and partners experience a seamless onboarding journey and provide the technical expertise necessary to drive deal closure.

Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. Based in the vibrant San Diego Metro Area, you’ll be at the forefront of our pre-sales efforts, connecting the dots between our innovative AI technology and its real-world applications. In this role, you'll manage pre-sales technical engagements, ensuring potential customers truly grasp the unique capabilities of Hivemind, our cutting-edge autonomy software. You’ll play a critical part in onboarding partners, supporting proof-of-concept demonstrations, and driving customer success from the get-go. Your knack for building strategic relationships will not only enhance our collaborations but also guarantee our Hivemind technology fits seamlessly into our partners' scenarios. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Business Development, and Product teams, you'll align strategies that focus on meeting customer needs while refining processes for an optimized pre-sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technical program management or pre-sales within the realms of AI or defense tech and bring their expertise to elevate our market presence.
