What you will be doing 

As our Creative Director, you’ll take ownership of our brand, translating high-level directives into high-quality marketing and design output. You will lead a talented creative team, ensuring that every visual and content-driven initiative aligns with Silktide's mission and growth objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the brand identity, ensuring all creative work is cohesive, impactful, and strategically aligned

  • Driving content ideation, production and optimization

  • Collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing to execute high-level marketing strategies

  • Leading a team of designers, content creators, and video specialists to produce best-in-class marketing materials

  • Managing branding initiatives, website overhauls, and multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Utilizing AI-driven tools and innovative design strategies to enhance creative output

Where you will be working 

This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX. You will work from our Downtown Austin office at least three days per week.

You should join us if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital marketing.

  • Have a proven track record of managing a creative team (3-5+ direct reports).

  • Have successfully led and executed large-scale branding or content initiatives.

  • Are passionate about brand development, content strategy, and campaign leadership.

  • Are proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney), and project management platforms (e.g. Linear, Asana, Notion).

  • Have strong collaboration and communication skills, working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.

  • Have a portfolio or website that shows us at least 3 examples of your work

  • Are fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
