About the Senior Regional Marketing Manager - ASIA role...
As Senior Manager, Regional Field Marketing for APAC, you’ll lead field marketing initiatives to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and new business conversion across the region.
You’ll develop tailored marketing plans for the region, ensuring that country-specific marketing efforts are aligned with the overall regional strategy. You will lead and mentor your team, starting with a direct report in Indonesia, with potential for future team expansion as the region’s market footprint grows. Your success in this role will be defined by your ability to integrate regional activities with central strategies, foster collaboration, and ensure local execution delivers measurable business impact.
What you’ll do...
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that drive demand, enhance brand visibility, and support marketing and sales objectives, while adapting to market dynamics
Provide hands-on marketing support for Thailand/Asia while the team expands
Partner with HQ-based GTM teams, including Performance Marketing, PR, Partner/Enterprise Marketing, ABX, Customer Lifecycle to drive impactful local outcomes.
Track, analyse, and forecast regional marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and improve ROI
Align sales and marketing efforts to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
Work with your team to tailor and localise marketing activity and campaigns while maintaining alignment with global strategies.
Mentor and develop your field marketing team, with a focus on Indonesia and potential future markets, enhancing their strategic and executional capabilities.
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, ensuring the team is equipped for success.
Share your deep market insights to influence local strategies and contribute to global planning and decision-making.
What you’ll have...
Proven track record of B2B marketing management experience in strategic field marketing across APAC markets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline.
Proven expertise in aligning marketing and sales efforts to drive new business MQLs, pipeline and revenue growth.
Experience in strategic and tactical partner marketing, including building and managing relationships and structuring co-marketing agreements that drive mutual value
Experience mentoring and developing marketing talent, with the ability to scale and lead future expansion.
Skilled in building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and ability to collaborate across functions
Proficient in martech and reporting tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, GA, Tableau).
Strong copywriting and value proposition messaging skills to ensure quality and brand consistency across field initiatives.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and driving measurable results.
Capability to lead and manage change effectively, adapting strategies to market conditions.
Fluency in Thai is essential; additional APAC language skills are desirable
