Role Overview

RELOCATION ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE!

 

Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking a District Manager 2 to oversee and lead a portfolio of 16 client partnerships across the state of Maine.

 

The District Manager will preferably reside in the Maine area. 

  • Oversee student dining (breakfast, lunch, and some dinner), multiple retail sites, and catering operations.

  • Manage a total revenue base of approximately $50 million.

  • Provide leadership to a team of 10 Managers and hundreds of frontline employees.

  • Report directly to the Vice President of Operations Management and ensure operational and financial goals are met.

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, drive performance, and oversee HR functions.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary Sodexo representative across multiple accounts in the designated geographic area.

  • Oversee financial performance, client retention, and employee training & development.

  • Collaborate with clients and the Vice President to maintain a mutually beneficial business relationship that supports account retention.

  • Develop business plans and budgets in partnership with General Managers.

  • Ensure alignment with strategic leadership goals, talent management initiatives, and financial targets.

  • Work across both Sodexo and client organizations, requiring strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring operational excellence.

  • Travel within the district as needed.
