Job Description

You are an experienced consultant who knows your way around the intersection of IT and organizations within companies. You have an eye for improvements in processes and automation. You and your team will realize these improvements using Microsoft's Power Platform (mainly Power Apps and Power Automate). You already have experience with Dynamics or the Power Platform and therefore this platform holds no secrets for you. In addition to your work for customers, you will help build the Power Apps & Teams Innovation practice internally. For this you will develop and give training.

  • You find challenge in analyzing processes and are always looking for improvements  
  • You know how to put yourself in a situation where questions and vulnerabilities are understood. Processes are mapped by you as a result 
  • You have good communication skills and see it as a challenge to interact with different layers within organizations 
  • You do not forget your High Performance Team and involve them in solutions that are formed together. You approach situations with patience and do not make assumptions without proper questioning
  • Ultimately, you combine the above characteristics with a proactive search for the best solution for the customer
