What you’ll do:

We are looking for a Director, Business Intelligence (Marketing Analytics) to help lead our analytics program, defining reporting frameworks that capture key business outcomes and driving optimization efforts.  You will be responsible for developing the tracking infrastructure and creating data-informed narratives that address real-world business opportunities and challenges. Reporting to the VP, Business Intelligence, your role will involve elevating and optimizing current reporting programs, processes, and outputs, as well as finding innovative ways to support clients with a data-driven focus in collaboration with the corporate analytics

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive Spring & Bond’s reporting and analytics program

  • Serve as the liaison to the VP, Business Intelligence, and collaborate closely with the data engineering team, strategy team, and cross-office peers to enhance Spring & Bond’s data initiatives, analytics programs, and practices

  • Lead cross-functional projects using data modeling and analysis techniques to uncover insights that guide strategic decisions

  • Examine, interpret, and communicate the results and business impact of analytical initiatives to key internal stakeholders and client teams

  • Support omnichannel initiatives and coordinate with marketing technology on methodology and execution of customer campaigns

  • Develop and own analysis approaches for engagement activities, targeting analysis, reporting, and ad hoc requests with a focus on omnichannel

  • Develop models and synthesize recommendations on the best path forward for specific products

  • Oversee projects and provide guidance to project teams on research and client-related issues

  • Own and direct all aspects of client development and direction, ensuring client satisfaction with project deliverables

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of analytics and reporting experience, with a background in pharmaceutical and digital marketing (combination of client and agency experience preferred)

  • Expertise with Tableau and programming languages like SQL

  • Familiarity with syndicated data sources (e.g., IQVIA, claims data, etc.)

  • Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations

  • Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources
