As we are rapidly expanding our operations by building new partnerships across the healthcare spectrum, we are looking for an experienced, customer-centric individual to join our growing customer support team.
As a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Support Specialist, you are often the first voice of Sprinter Health, so you must be someone who will deliver flawless and timely support to our customers across the United States.

We're currently on the lookout for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our dynamic customer support team. Your day will kick off by addressing overnight inquiries, and you’ll find yourself juggling a variety of inbound and outbound communication channels, including calls, texts, and emails. This is your chance to be the first contact with our customers across the nation and to create meaningful interactions that are both professional and empathetic. Not only will you be assisting patients with their needs, but you'll also coordinate with our Clinical Managers and mobile phlebotomists for real-time scheduling, ensuring smooth operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, this role will keep you engaged! Working from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Central Time, you can expect a fulfilling experience where your skills in customer service and technological software, like EHR systems and Zendesk, will truly shine.
