Position Summary:
Perform general maintenance duties in the hospital and Medical office buildings as assigned. May have to go to an offsite building on occasion for maintenance duties. May have to work weekends holidays and shift work. Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
Experience: Have clerical abilities and two years experience with inventory control and Maintenance materials required.
Knowledge of general maintenance tools and care of same required. Mechanical experience / aptitude required, familiarity with various parts, Ie. Refrigerator, hardware, electrical and plumbing.
